Jody M.'s Story

I've been married close to 17 years this coming Dec of 2010. My husband is a Sgt in the Army. We have a autistic son name Alex. We ahve visisted other place while being in the Army. It's gets to be tedious to travel around, no peremant roots to call home. We have stationed in Germany and visited Budapest, Hungry. We have been stationed in Texas for awhile. Ft Carson, Colorado Springs, CO. My husband (Jim) will be retiring here in a couple of years, probably about 2014. The deployments have been a crazy time for us, but he comes home safe and sound. Thank goodness. My son ahs made progress in speaking but it is still slow going. For now we just live day to day as it comes. As for me I'm still as quiet and reserved as I've ever been.
